School Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support Program

Camp Curtin School has a School Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support Program.

 We have 3Rs for school:
Ready, Respectful, and Responsible.

Students spotted showing Ready, Respectful, and Responsible behavior are awarded a yellow ticket.  The student can turn the ticket in to his or her teacher to record his or her name on the RESPECT grid in the classroom.  A quadrant of the RESPECT grid is called every Friday and students in that quadrant are rewarded with a prize!

Classrooms showing Ready, Respectful, and Responsible behavior have the opportunity to "get spotted" by LaRRRy the Leopard. LaRRRy picks a different area of the school each week and looks for classes showing Ready, Respectful, and Responsible behavior in that area of the school.  Classrooms who are "spotted" showing Ready, Respectful, and Responsible behavior get to have their picture taken with LaRRRy and host LaRRRy in their classroom for a week!
